We are currently seeking several Event Specialists to add to our team. This position is responsible for providing customer support and technical assistance to clients during live telephone town hall events. Event Specialists are also responsible for monitoring real time activities and software performance.

Job Duties

  • Setup event interface according to process and Partner specifications
  • Setup event broadcast according to process and Partner specifications
  • Address any client questions or concerns in the event pre-conference via audio and/or interface chat
  • Assist clients with questions via the interface chat during an event
  • Support partners via the Partner Private Chat
  • Provide technical support when and if issues arise
  • Escalate appropriate issues to the Team Lead
  • Monitor backend software and system performance
  • Accurately complete an event Recap with pertinent information regarding the event
  • Pro-actively assure a successful event experience


Requirements

  • Minimum Education: College undergraduate degree
  • Excellent customer service, telephone and computer skills
  • High degree of personal integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to calmly handle stressful situations
  • Proficiency with MS office and web based applications
  • Flexible schedule with general availability evenings from 4 – 8p, Monday – Thursday
  • Ability to thrive in a team-work oriented environment
  • Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Superb attention to detail
