"What are they thinking?" Football fans have asked this question (sometimes with a few more expletives) since the beginning of the sport. Bad plays. Hail Mary's. Fist-clenching seconds on a fourth down. It's all a part of being a fan. Imagine being able to play a true armchair quarterback for your favorite team - asking questions of the head coach, giving your two cents on the upcoming game and learning about the latest trade. One NFL team gave their season ticket holders this exact opportunity. Hot wings not included.
Their Head Coach hosted a Broadnet TeleForum (a.k.a. FanForum) connecting more than 3,400 season ticket holders with key insights for the upcoming season. 32 fans asked live questions of the Coach, quizzing him on everything from draft decisions to strategies for improving the defense. Impressed with his answers and appreciative of having their voice heard, season ticket holders flooded the lines to buy and renew their seats.
No more sidelines for these fans.
